The tour begins in Müllrose, a former farming town on the Großer Müllroser See (Great Müllrose Lake). Worth seeing are the Baroque parish church, the Schlaubetal Nature Park House, and the still-active Müllrose Mill with its mill shop.
Well-developed bike paths lead through the nature-rich Schlaubetal valley with its diverse flora and fauna. Via Ragower Mühle, Mixdorf, and Siehdichum, the route passes through forests and villages with small museums, village churches, and restaurants. In Dammendorf, a stop at the Heath Riding and Forestry Museum is worthwhile.
The tour ends in Neuzelle. The Baroque monastery complex, with its collegiate church, orangery, baroque garden, and the "Heavenly Theater" museum, is one of the few completely preserved monastic complexes in Europe. The upper terrace offers a sweeping view over the Oder lowlands.
