A beautiful hike leads past the Kleiner and further around the Großer Treppelsee. You start this hike from the car park on the B246 at the Bremsdorfer Mühle youth hostel. If you have enough stamina and are good on your feet, you can extend it with a detour to the Hammersee. There you can stop off at the Forsthaus Siehdichum. As the name of the house suggests, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Schlaubetal from the restaurant terrace.
