This route takes you through the historic town centers of Lübbenau, Luckau, Dahme/Mark, Herzberg/Elster, Uebigau-Wahrenbrück, Doberlug-Kirchhain, Peitz and Beeskow.
During your tour, visit and experience the Lübbenau Castle and the Spreewald Museum, the magnificent Georgen Chapel in Luckau, the impressive castle park with castle ruins in Dahme, the late Gothic hall brick church of St. Mary and the hundred-year-old botanical garden in Herzberg, the lovingly and monument-appropriate renovated market square of Uebigau, the impressive castle in Doberlug-Kirchhain, the ironworks and fishing museum in Peitz and the town church of St. Mary in Beeskow.
The route also runs through an unspoilt landscape, which is characterized, among other things, by the Niederlausitzer Heidelandschaft and Niederlausitzer Landrücken nature parks.
You can start the route from a variety of different starting points and there is also an excellent connection to Berlin, meaning that the capital can also serve as a starting or destination point.
