Of Poplars and Poets - Discovery Tour

The Oderbruch is particularly impressive between Neulietzegöricke and Zollbrücke. Neulietzegöricke is considered the oldest colonial village in the region and is known for its historic village center. A special architectural highlight is the restored Schinkel Church, the key to which is available at the Colonist Coffee Shop.

On weekends, a visit to the "Theater am Rand" in Zollbrücke is worthwhile – an exceptional venue with a varied program. Nearby, the Europabrücke invites you to take a stroll over the Oder River. The bridge connects Germany with Poland and offers impressive views of the river landscape.

On the return journey, it's worth stopping in Wriezen, the old trading center of the Oderbruch region. You can round off your trip with a culinary treat at the Italian restaurant "Juani."
