Directions
The tour begins at Storkow Castle and leads past the train station towards the Luchwiesen near Philadelphia. Here, a unique landscape opens up, characterized by rare salt plants that require a high salt content in the groundwater and careful use.

The path continues to Groß Schauen and leads along the Marstall and Burgwiesen back to Storkow Castle. There are several stops along the way where you can learn more about the salt marshes, how they came into being and how they are used today. Information boards along the route explain the importance of these habitats and their role in the regional flora and fauna.
