The Sustainable Destinations Brandenburg network aims to provide a stronger platform and greater emphasis for sustainability in terms of social, ecological, and economic aspects. Therefore, the working and communication network is being launched to pool resources and expertise in the future. This will make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of tourism in Brandenburg.
The first topics on the agenda are the finalization of the state of Brandenburg's tourism strategy and the ongoing report on climate change adaptation in Brandenburg's tourism sector. Three pillars for the future collaboration have been identified: knowledge transfer, product development, and cooperative marketing. The core of the collaboration is always the excellent regional networking of the three stakeholders.
