Since 2012, Fürstenwalder Rathausbräu has continued the 565-year-old brewing tradition of the city on the Spree. The brewery is housed in the rooms of the historic vaulted cellar of the old town hall of the cathedral city. While enjoying a freshly tapped Rathausbräu, you can experience the city's beer history in the brewery museum. Our unfiltered, full-bodied beers are brewed in gleaming copper kettles. The fresh, tangy Rathausbräu is rich in vitamins and minerals. During the brewery tour, our brewer introduces the speciality "rye beer" and seasonal beers over delicious spent grain bread and mild beer brandy.
