Sielmann's landscape is home to the "Köllnitzer Hof" restaurant serving regional cuisine, a small hotel by the lake as well as a farm shop with its own manufactory that sells the most delicious smoked fish and the best fish sandwiches far and wide. A playground, exhibitions, museums, hiking trails and cycle paths make this the perfect destination for a day out for the whole family.

The Köllnitz-style zander fillet, caught by the restaurant's own fisherman in the natural Gross Schauener lakes, is a speciality known far beyond the borders of the region. You simply have to try it. But this rustic and lovingly designed restaurant does not just cater to lovers of freshly caught fish. The restaurant also serves delicious homemade specialities from its own smokehouse.

The farm shop is open Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
