In Sielmann's natural landscape you will find the Köllnitzer Fischerstuben with regional cuisine, a small hotel by the lake as well as a farm store with its own manufactory, the most delicious smoked fish and the best fish rolls far and wide. Playground, exhibitions, museums, hiking and biking trails offer the perfect destination for the whole family.

The Köllnitz pike-perch fillet, fished from the natural lakes of Groß Schauen by the hotel's own fisherman, is a specialty known far beyond the borders of the region and should definitely be tried. The rustic and lovingly furnished restaurant is not only for lovers of fish dishes - of course fresh from the water. You will also be served exquisite homemade specialties from our own smokehouse. Various specialties from the region, e.g. Neuzeller Himmelspforte and Klosterbräu or Streitberger Edelbrände, complete the offer.

The farm store is open daily from 9:00 to 17:00.
